The youngest age to participate in Aerial Yoga Workshops ?

Adult Aerial Workshop = 16 years old and up

Junior's Aerial Workshop = 8 years old to 15 years old

Do you have to pay to rent hammocks for Aerial Yoga?

The cost to rent a hammock is included for our Aerial Yoga Workshops.

Starting July 17th our hammocks for Aerial Yoga Stretch and Tricks will be rented for $5/day or $10/month (members and package holders.

You can purchase your own hammock and bring it to class for you to use as well.

How often are the aerial yoga rental hammocks cleaned?

The Hammocks are sprayed after each use and they are machine washed/dryed monthly.

What should I bring to a Aerial Yoga Stretch/Tricks class?

Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have your own.
