Welcome to Aerial Yoga!
This is a mandatory workshop for beginners and first time Aerial yoga attendees, ages 16 and up.
We will be going over the equipment used and techniques to safely enjoy an Aerial Yoga (Stretch or Tricks) class.
The Hammock rental fee is included in the cost of this workshop.
