This interval circuit workout works your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises without any equipment. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second break. This is a great workout to help strengthen lean muscle, drop body fat, and increase metabolism.
In this aerial fitness class, we use the hammock to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class starts with soothing sound bowl meditation and eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. This easy-to-follow choreography utilizes different types of dance to keep participants moving in an effort to raise their heart rates. A full-body workout that helps you achieve target heart rate, increase metabolic rate, burn calories and improve stamina. Dancing moves your body in different directions, so the wide range of motion activates small and large muscle groups. By holding positions and jumping around, dance is a strength and cardio workout. This classic workout has lasted for decades for a simple reason: it delivers results. The step is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. The instructor and the upbeat music motivate you to keep going. Your class will start with a warm-up, followed by choreographed dance routines on the step, and a cooldown at the end. GROOVE is a fitness class which helps you be active and exercise your way to weight loss or maintaining a strong lean body. You will learn some simple moves (no more than 3 per song), jazz it up to make it yours, and have fun. No worries about left or right, coordination, or having 2 left feet. This class is super simple to follow for all ages and fitness levels. All you need to bring is your smile, leave your inhibitions at the door, and get ready to be one with the music! A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves incorporating interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – to help improve cardiovascular fitness. This fun, addictive dance party will begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down and some static stretching. Zumba 2-3x/week may help you meet your weight loss goals, reduce health risks, strengthen your heart and boost your mood. Workouts burn 600-800 calories per hour!
