This class is tailored to 50-year-old and up. A collection of tough, but safe, core exercises focusing on strengthening your lower back and abdominal muscles. The class is both seated and standing, you will not be sitting or lying on the ground. Offered via ZOOM.
Get your body moving and in action to start your day with a combination of strength training and light stretching. A class for all ages to strengthen the whole body -arms, legs, and core- finishing off with light stretching to provide the tools to meet the recommended guidelines for exercise: 150 minutes/week moderate intensity activity and daily stretching.
Increase awareness of body alignment & the effects of strengthening upper & lower extremities to maintain balance & gait. Instruction based exercises in a friendly and low-key atmosphere. Great for beginners or seniors looking for a safely paced, yet challenging class. Will use the chair, dumbbells, resistance bands and balls. Offered via ZOOM.
Resistance workout using various resistance training equipment including, but not limited to, dumbbells, resistance bands and weighted bars. All exercises are intended to build strength, muscular endurance and define the muscles of the entire body.
This bootcamp circuit workout works your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises without any equipment. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second break. This is a great workout to help strengthen lean muscle, drop body fat, and increase metabolism.
Gentle form of yoga where seated & standing postures are performed from a chair &/or using a chair for support. Great for all levels to help stretch & open the upper & lower body, & work on balance. Chair Yoga Gold is a combination of seated and standing, with chair or ballet bar assistance. Chair Yoga Silver is a seated only class that incorporates mindfulness into the practice. Similar to Zumba, this fun, addictive dance party will begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down and some static stretching. Dancing and movement 2-3x/week may help you meet your weight loss goals, reduce health risks, strengthen your heart and boost your mood. Workouts burn 600-800 calories per hour!
Every Minute On the Minute is a training style like HIIT training. A full body workout consisting of anywhere from four to eight exercises, the cycle then repeated four to eight times giving you a solid 30-45-minute sweaty workout! Each exercise is given a minute to complete, once completed, the remainder of that minute is for your rest. This design is perfect for each participant to go at their own pace.
Stretch before you snooze. Stretching can relax the body, aid in injury prevention, and help you sleep better at night.

Children are our future and this class is full of happiness and fun! This comprehensive kid’s fitness/wellness enrichment class is taught to pre-school and school age kids 3-9. Jumpsters will start off with a warm up and stretching exercise and progress to age appropriate activities focusing on body control, locomotion and object control skills using hoops, balls, bean bags, parachutes, music, movement, Zumba dance moves and more! Class ends with a cool down and kid’s yoga routine including meditation/mindfulness! Send your kid’s to us to release some energy, rock together with simple, fun ways to GET MOVING, improve mental, physical and spiritual well-being and learn the importance of a healthy lifestyle!
This exercise class is for a full range of movement disorders, the most common of which are essential tremor, restless leg syndrome, and Parkinson’s disease. Exercise is not only healthy, but a vital component to improve gait, balance, tremor, flexibility, grip strength and motor coordination. This class is designed to slow the progression of PD, lessen its symptoms, restore function and improve quality of life. A Sun Salutation employs all the major joints in the body. Surya Namaskara is a great way to burn calories, increase lean muscle mass, increase your metabolism and assist in weight loss. If you do 12 Sun Salutations that works out to 288 asanas. 12 is a good amount to start your day off! A set is doing the sun salutation on both legs, right and then left. 24 downward dogs, 24 upward dogs and 24 pushups!
Surya Namaskar, Salute to the Sun or Sun Salutation, is a practice in yoga as exercise incorporating a sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas. This series of postures that warms and aligns the entire body will challenge core, flexibility, strength and stability using functional mobility transitions from standing to the floor. Our secret is to just keep working you out towards your goals of getting stronger and faster with plenty of variety so you don’t get bored doing the same thing!
