Open House!

Join us on Thursday, August 17th at 6 pm for our Open House where you can explore the perfect blend of fitness and wellness at Full Distance. Whether you’re eager to embark on a wellness journey or seeking to recover from an injury, we have something extraordinary in store for you! 

As we approach fall, we’re thrilled to unveil our jam-packed schedule of classes catering to all levels, from low to high intensity. What’s more, we’re introducing additional classes with childcare options, making it easier for you to prioritize your fitness goals. Lastly, we will be enhancing our class schedule to provide more morning and early afternoon classes.  

 

Starting this August, we proudly present the newest addition to our wellness wheel: Restorative Massage Therapy with our incredibly talented therapist, Kathleen. Experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation as you indulge in a session tailored to your specific needs. 

Enjoy complimentary food and drinks and mingle with our team of dedicated fitness instructors and therapists. We also encourage you to enter our exciting door raffle for a chance to win a FREE one-hour massage session.

Grateful Aging Program

Erin and Sydney will lead our free Grateful Aging Program to encourage our community to focus on the positive aspects of their lives. Our grateful aging program group is designed to help individuals of all ages cultivate a positive and grateful attitude toward the aging process. This group is centered around the belief that aging is a natural and valuable part of life that should be celebrated and embraced.

Aerial Yoga Workshop

Sunday, August 27th at 2:45 pm

During this workshop, Teresa will review the equipment and techniques to safely enjoy an Aerial Yoga class. After you have been introduced to all of the terminology and techniques, Teresa will begin to show you some basic stretches using the hammocks. After learning basic stretches and Increasing comfortability with the hammocks, Teresa will move into demonstrating some basic tricks for those who wish to give it a shot.

This class is for everyone, and our studio is a judgment-free space where we encourage learning and growth. Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing, and remove rings, bracelets, or watches. We encourage you to bring some water and a friend!
