Care Coordinator – Huddleston, VA

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. This role involves working closely with caregivers and families to ensure quality care and effective coordination of services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with families and assist caregivers in coordinating in-home care services
  • Maintain caregiver schedules and ensure proper coverage for clients
  • Visit clients’ homes to provide on-site support and assistance
  • Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and communication

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
  • Previous caregiving or care coordination experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be comfortable with local travel (mileage reimbursement provided)

Compensation:

  • $18/hour during regular working hours 
  • Flat weekly on-call stipend of $100 ($200 bi-weekly) for evening and weekend availability to prevent burnout and attract organized, productive, efficient solution-oriented applicants
