What You’ll Do
· Deliver personalized, holistic care guided by individualized plans.
· Restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for a diverse caseload (orthopedic, neurologic, and wellness).
· Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for seamless, whole-person care.
· Educate and empower clients and families with compassionate communication.
· Document care clearly with support to keep paperwork manageable.
Who We’re Looking For
· A licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Virginia—new grads welcome.
· Someone who values collaboration, compassion, and patient-centered care.
· A professional eager to learn, grow, and support others in doing the same.
· A therapist who wants their career to support their life—not consume it.
Compensation & Benefits
· Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
